Don't be fooled by the nice photo and the blue mood lighting....book somewhere else
Location close to marina
The facilties were extremely poor, I had electric shocks from the 2 ring cooker which the owner changed twice for me but it continued so only used the microwave. No plates, cutlery or sink plugs there was 1 saucepan and 2 mugs there. I used toilet roll as a plug so I could wash up! I had to ring the owner many times to come out for various issues other than the 2 ring cooker giving me electric shocks there was a single live cockroach that appeared and the ceiling light broke in the kitchen. The awful smell and noise from the fact that this apartment is above a wholesale warehouse / supermarket called Gomla Market. There was constant noise from the delivery vans and the workers un loading the stock at all hours, the apartment is facing out the back on 3rd floor which is above the loading bay entrance. It has no balcony.
Too top it off 24 hour noise from the building works which going on in the actual building its self. They had no regards for any of the guests staying in the building weather it be day or night the building works went on constantly
.. So when I say 24 hours that's EXACTLY what I mean. I have direct messages with the owner on WhatsApp to confirm this review. It was so bad I left the property at my own expense before my booking had ended and I stayed somewhere else. It looks lovely in the photo with the blue mood light but don't be fooled like I was.

Disappointed
Nothing. I was put in a different apartment from the one im reviewing here as the owner double booked 304. It was extremely upsetting being I spent a long time there last year in 304, All was ok apart from the fact that everything needed cleaning. The washing machine leaked, but overall, 304 a nice apartment. Unlike what I was put in. (101)
Put in 101 apartment. Filthy rotten. Stained bedding. Sofas were disgusting with stains. I moved out after just hours.
And the construction works going on outside your window are dreadful and going on for a long time yet. I have photos, but they are genuinely disgusting. Apartment 101 needs mega improvement.
