Antonio is a great host. He greeted us personally,showed us the facilities and amenities in the apartment and also shared with us some important information like places to visit,things to do and some nice restaurants.
Casa Miha is our home away from home. It is tastefully decorated and equipped with all the necessary things required in a house. The kitchen is big and well equipped. We enjoyed cooking our dinner.
The location is fantastic too. Not too far from the historic area but quiet enough from the tourists. It is also very close to the Sintra train station and bus terminal to Cape Roca and Cascais.
The only challenge is carrying the luggage to the apartment as it is on the third floor without elevator. But it was not a problem for us. Antonio was very kind of offering to help us with the luggage.

Die Wohnung war wunderbar ausgestattet. Restaurants und Supermarkt in fußläufiger Reichweite. Und wenn man einen Spaziergang nicht scheut, konnte man auch wunderbar ins historische Stadtzentrum laufen. Unser Vermieter war sehr nett und hilfreich. Die Betten waren super bequem.

Location, train and bus station are near, there is a bakery just 2 minutes away. the apartment is very clean.
The owner is a bit rude: everything was ok during the check-in and stay, we were informed to do a self-checkout. After two days after check-out, I received an awkward SMS from the owner that:" the table cloth has food stains, and it is 100 old from my deceased mother! you did not recognize the value and did not make good use of it, it is only for decoration"!!!
We felt extremely offended, It is a table cloth! any family with children can cause food stains on a table cloth that was put on the dining table! Why I as a booking customer should care about a personal souvenir! if the Owner really cares about that item, he either should inform us during the check-in or just replace it with a standard table cloth. complaining to customers after check out on this is either rude or inadequate. avoid it if you want a trouble-free stay!
you can hear the noise of the train during the night, the room is a bit cold even with adjusted heating. there is no secured parking, difficult to park, once you moved the car, someone will take it.
the apartment is on the third floor, so be prepared to take your luggage up. The kitchen is simple and equipped can be nice to have extra cups and plates.
With this price and service, there are better options in Sintra!
