The apartment was neat and clean with all facilities and overall stay was comfortable. Satisfied with apartment facilities.
I have booked it from 25-27 ( 2 nights) but due to unforseen emergency i.e my ferry got cancelled due to poor weather i couldn't able to reach on same date and i request to extend my stay further but they declined my request even i paid for 2 nights and stay for one night and didn't get any partially refund or concession.

Very happy to have milk ,tea and coffee on our arrival, just to make a cup of tea until we got to the shops
No security door chain lock inside the door, bin lid stayed permanently open. Shower fixture was lose

The location was very good as there was a bus about 3 mins walk every 20 mins and a tram nearby. It was very spacious and warm. WiFi was good.
We couldn't get into the block of flats. I didn't know what a Dropbox was! I now do. However the people in the cafe were extremely helpful and showed us what to do 🙂.
The flat could have done with a make over. There were no icons round the controls on the cooker. You couldn't work out the oven settings and temperatures.
A lot of the light bulbs were missing
The cutlery was not matching, only 2 teaspoons. There was not a kitchen blind. The bathrooms again needed attention. The tiling and grouting needed redone.
