They went the extra mile to make our welcome amazing!
Loud disco in the evenings so no relaxing bar vibe.

The pool, the food at the pool and the staff at the pool.
The customer service and attention to detail and value for money has slipped massively in the last year.. staff need training on how to be 5star especially when we are paying 5star prices. Also the ice pool and Jacuzzi were out of order all wkend and it's these kind of things you are paying too dollar for to use and then they are oos.. Paper moon restaurant is totally over rated and outrageously expensive for the food and service.. staff need training badly!
