Although the few negative things! We did enjoy our stay

Excellent location for the purpose of my trip.

Needs money spending on this property, doors don’t close properly! Very uncomfortable sofa bed.

NOT recommended! You get what you pay for!

-location was excellent -well equipped kitchen -price -balcony with view (but there's mortar and/or concrete that's fallen on it that should be repaired & cleaned away) re: review below. Full disclosure - I currently manage and in the past cleaned an Air BnB that so far has received 33/33 5 star reviews! I know this is not a hotel, but at the VERY LEAST in ANY accommodation, I and I'm sure anyone, would expect to find at least toilet paper and hand soap. There is no excuse for this not being supplied. The owner needs to take some responsibility here for NO preparation. Ridiculous!

Well you get what you pay for! Unless you looked at 1-2 of the 5 questions people asked previously about whether linen and towels are provided (answer is "No."), because of lack of transparency, you wouldn't know that there's NO hand soap, dish soap bathroom nor kitchen towels. I managed to find 1 roll of toilet paper in the hall closet. The morning of our afternoon arrival, we received very clear instructions about how to find the place as well as, surprisingly, how WE need to clean up the place before leaving, otherwise we’ll be “fined” heavily. The guests needing to empty the garbage bin that presumably had a plastic bag but didn’t, plus cleaning the floor (and rug?) was not mentioned in the listing. So the cleanliness and supplies in the place seems to depend on previous guests. We found crumbs on the floor and rug, the kitchen sink wasn't clean, there was a tea bag in the sink, a used coffee pod in the coffee machine and a bit of garbage in the bin with no garbage bin bag. I don't want to get anyone in trouble, but clearly, this place is meant for almost zero maintenance by the owner/manager. A bit disappointing also to find old, dirty-looking dish sponges and a few hours thinking there's no toilet paper!?! When I texted the guy with this request, "Hi, We arrived at 2:00 to find not only is there no toilet paper and no soap, but there are no towels. Neither my husband nor I remember reading that none of this would be provided. Can you bring some please? Merci!" He replied with. "Hello, I’m sorry, but everything is well specified systematically of all the messages that are sent by the Booking messaging." 4 people could sleep here comfortably? Not tall people! The people using the small sofa beds would have to walk by where people are sleeping on the bunk beds to get to the one noisy toilet, sink or kitchen all directly opposite the bunk beds in a very small space. So would I recommend this place?? ...

La ubicación. Bien equipado de mantas, menaje, etc (ropa de cama y toallas hay que llevar). Hay ascensor. El propietario muy amable y muy atento. Las dudas que tuvimos las resolvió enseguida, y por un problema que hemos tenido, nos ha regalado una noche extra que la hemos aprovechado encantados.

Nada. Todo bien. El espacio es reducido y no tiene habitación independiente, pero los apartamentos de Sky la mayoría son así.
