We liked that the two rooms were in a separate annex with a common area, which suited our party. We could use the common kitchen/dining area to make our own tea and coffee. and free cupcakes were waiting on arrival! The breakfast was lovely and varied. We went out at night and when we got back the table was set and in the morning the "breakfast fairy" had appeared bringing all kinds of good things including delicious home made bread. The annex was warm on a very cold night.
We looked for a bin in the kitchen/dining area and couldn't find one. That would be helpful to have.
