Confusing check in instructions

Very spacious, excellent balcony, pictures accurate!

Check in a disaster, instructions leave a lot of steps out and need pictures. We arrived at 9pm and 30 minutes later got in. Lights had been turned off by the owners too so had to call host twice to get instructions on how to turn on. Cleaner knocking at 955am and felt v rushed to get out on day of check out. Be aware no Internet or kettle.

ACOGIDA NULA, TOTALMENTE INDIGNANTE, EMPATIA CERO

Considero importante hacer una descripción delas características y procedimiento que hemos seguido para usar el apartamento alquilado a través de su plataforma: El apartamento es espacioso, luminoso, con calefactores eléctricos correctos, ventanas termoaisladas con cristales dobles, una cocina dotada correctamente, agua caliente en cocina y ducha. El estado de limpieza era correcto salvo un cenicero con restos y mejor repasar los utensilios de cocina. La ubicación próxima al centro de la ciudad es adecuada tal y como se refleja en el anuncio. El apartamento tiene posibilidades, però no está preparado para usarlo con una normalidad básica. PUESTO QUE NO ME ENTRA EN EL APARTADO "NO ME GUSTA" PONGO LA CONCLUSIÓN AQUI: La conclusión final es de que hemos sufrido una situación abusiva, con un protocolo de acogida nulo, condiciones indignantes para conseguir las llaves, un abandono absoluto ante situaciones anómalas atribuidas a la persona propietaria, información falsa y una falta absoluta de sensibilidad en la atención de pesonas de la 3a edad que no deben ni pueden arrastrarse por los suelos para poder entrar en el apartamento. Ya sea por inexperiencia, por ignorancia o por negligencia la persona responsable es completamente incompetente para gestionar el alquiler con un mínimo de condiciones dignas.

1: Falta total de empatia por parte de la persona propietaria (PP). La comunicación se ha realizado única y exclusivamente por whatsApp con unos periodos de consulta-respuesta incompatibles con aportar soluciones. 2. La caja con las llaves, se encuentra en la via pública en un punto irregular y infame (en las defensas metálicas de una jardinera de un àrbol) Para recuperarlas tuvimos que pedir ayuda pues nosotros somos personas de una edad en la que no podemos agacharnos o arrodillarnos. Aparte, los números para poner el código no se veian bien ya que brillaban con la luz y no habia manera de ponerlos. 3. Tuvimos que acudir a la Oficina de Información y Turismo (OIT)(atención fantástica) para que nos ayudaran a comunicarnos con la PP para que nos enviara el procedimiento pues, al parecer no habia recibido el depósito de la reserva. A mi, me constaba la reserva como pagada y no entendia el mensaje que enviaba (“falta confirmación de depósito”). Intente llamar varias veces, sin exito (no respondia nadie). Total, estuvimos en la calle durante un par de horas... finalmente en la OIT, se arregló después de varios intentos. Perdimos casi toda la tarde. 4. La PP anuncia que hay parking gratuito en el propio alojamiento, al recuperar las llaves, habia una que ponia "llave del garage"... justo, en el mismo momento, entraba un coche y nosotros entramos detrás. Subimos maletas al piso ... al salir, la llave no funcionaba. Me puse en contacto con la PP y me contestó: "no hay praking, és en la zona que es gratuito". Total que el coche quedo encerrado. Le comenté que si conocia algun vecino que abriera. Respuesta: "yo no vivo allí, no conozco a nadie). Naturalmente, tuvimos que resolver la situación permaneciendo en la calle a la espera de que algun vehiculo entrase o saliese para poder rescatar el nuestro con nuevas perdidas de tiempo. 5. No hay ningún armario libre, tuvimos que dejar las maletas abiertas por el suelo.
