Letizia was a very attentive and warm host, who always replied quickly and was on hand to help with anything we needed. The accommodation is in a very quiet area, surounded by a big and beautiful garden and a lot of nature, yet perfectly situated for day trips to all parts of the island. The breakfast, which Letizia prepared freshly every morning, was fabulous and so delicious! Coming back to this place after a day full of new experiences did us a world of good, allowing us to switch off and relax. We had a wonderful, relaxing stay and on top of that the WiFi is stable and fast.;-)
It’s an old building with plenty of charm and history. If you’re looking for a renovated building where everything works perfectly, this isn’t the place for you. You have to like this sort of accommodation, and that means you might have to wait a bit longer for hot water while taking a shower or put up with creaking doors – but all of that combined makes this place so special. Bring earplugs if you’re bothered by barking dogs and the crowing of the rooster in the neighbourhood.

Un emplacement splendide donnant sur le port de Portoferraio, dans la campagne bordée d’oliveraies et de fleurs 🌸 . L’accueil de Letizia est d’une gentillesse et d’une douceur rares .
Le chemin d accès est un peu difficile mais on s’y fait très vite

Wunderschöne alte Villa, toller Blick auf die Altstadt von Portoferraio
- Um das private Badezimmer zu erreichen, musste das Zimmer verlassen werden- besonders nachts sehr unangenehm
- Nur eine Stunde Frühstückszeit , auch Sa/So von 8:30 bis 9:30
