Wohnung in zentraler Lage mit mangelhafter Sauberkeit

Problemlose Schlüsselübergabe via Nachtsafe. Zentrale Lage der Wohnung.

Die Wohnung war leider absolut dreckig. Die Stühle standen durcheinander, das Sofa inkl. Kissen und Decke waren noch sichtlich durchgessen vom Vormieter, im Schrank Kleidungsstücke vom Vormieter, Wollmäuse lagen sogar auf! den Tischen, Dachfenster stand bei Regen-Anreisetag offen und somit war das darunterliegende Bett nass, dreckiges Geschirr in den Schränken und vieles durcheinander im Küchenschrank. Da die Anreise erst deutlich nach 18Uhr erfolgte, haben wir die Reinigung kurzfristig selbst in die Hand nehmen müssen. Es mussten schließlich noch Betten bezogen, Sachen ausgepackt und zwei kleine übermüdete Kinder ins Bett gebracht werden. Vermietungsbüro wurde umgehend am Folgetag über die Missstände informiert. Reaktion war „Tut mir Leid, sie hätten uns abends über die Notfallnummer anrufen soll, dann hätte die Renigungsfirma zur Nachbesserung ausrücken müssen“. Ist ja schön und gut, aber in Anbetracht der Uhrzeit mit Kindern leider keine Option, dass um 22Uhr oder später noch ein Reinigungstrupp kommt. Sie meinten, dass sie egal zu welcher Uhrzeit ein Recht auf Nachbesserung hätten. Egal ob eine Nachbesserung in der Nacht erfolgt wäre oder wir es selbst sauber gemacht haben, es ist so oder so ein extrem unglücklicher Abreisetag für uns gewesen mit 0 Wohlfühlcharakter. Man wollte sich bzgl einer Entschädigung melden - bis heute nichts gehört!

Alles war topp. Sehr sauber, super zentrale Lage, unkomplizierte Schlüsselübergabe, gratis Flasche Weinschorle auf dem Tisch… perfekt. Vielen Dank nochmal und vllt bis zum nächsten Mal.
