Lovely location with a very friendly vibe.

I used the many different restaurants for dining and the selection was excellent . The location of the apartment was what made my holiday, a short walk to the beach and bordering a beautiful park .

I only thing I didn't like was when it was time to go home .

The worst stay in 19 years in Benalmadena and the room was disgusting

Well I came to the property and rented this apartment because I stay in Benal beach about 9 times a year I normally use the same couple of apartments but they wasn’t available so booked this one! Big mistake!

This room was far too expensive for the time of year I paid less in July and August for a better room. Don’t book this room they are ripping people off. It was disgusting not clean I at to go and buy cleaning stuff and clean. The bathroom door handle was hanging off no privacy as we was scared to shut the door Incase it fell off. Don’t feel the description was accurate I complained and they didn’t seem to care. There was dirty sanitary towels in the bathroom bin. The neighbours was a night mare arguing till 7am partying birthday party’s on a whole it ruined my stay and I’ve been coming to Benal beach for years over 10 years. I have my own place in Spain but come here to be close to family and for the pool and slides. Even the staff at Benal beach are getting bad. I stayed here in an another apartment in June , July August , march and September this year and loved it this stay and room as made me never want to come back. I complained several times about the neighbours nothing was done. They are lucky I don’t upload images of the dirty sanitary towels in bins and disgusting stay we had. I was even offered a drink or money back. Also before the stay I booked a place that stated bedroom we at to have my daughter in the lounge with us no privacy she’s 14 we had a really miserable time I’m really upset

Great location and affordable price.

The accommodation has a fantastic location. We could easily take our four-year-old son to the nearby park. The place is nice, and there's a children's pool. I stayed for four nights (Monday to Friday) during the first week of June, and the weather was very good. The pool water was a bit cold, but that wasn't a problem. The accommodation is close to many pharmacies and restaurants. The price for four nights was EUR 385, which was very cheap considering the location. For just the two of us and our four-year-old son, the kids loved playing at the restaurant near the pool; it had a restaurant and a games corner with arcades.

The room was far from clean. There was dust and stains that could have been removed with proper cleaning. The washing machine was so dirty I didn't dare look into the drum, so I didn't use it at all. The electric stove and electric kettle were unusable. I messaged the owner on Booking.com and WhatsApp about the malfunctioning stove and kettle and requested extra toilet paper (we only received two small rolls). After my first night there, the owner didn't respond and didn't seem interested in fixing the problems. In short, we ended up unused, with a dirty washing machine and broken stove and kettle, and we had to buy toilet paper ourselves. The funny thing is, after being silent for a while, the owner messaged me on check-out day asking me to give the room a perfect ten review.
