Mr. Shiv Prataps service and hospitality was highly welcoming. He even went out of his way to help us get some extra fuel during our fuel shortage as all the petrol pumps were far from the stay.

Exceptional staff and great service. Very good facilities. Location could be better. But, unfortunately whole of lower Uttarakhand is getting crowded.
