The property was ideal for what we needed as 4 adults, a 2yr old and 2 small dogs. The garden is completely secure, which was perfect.
There was nothing we didn’t like about the property however a welcome book with instructions would have helped. Parking is very tight outside the property and we were unable to get a permit as we weren’t aware that you needed to give so much advance notice. Having said this, the long stay parking which was 10 mins walk away suited us better from a cost perspective.

Comfortable beds, nicely decorated throughout and everything you need in a kitchen
Parking is difficult - paid for a parking permit £15 per day and location of parking was not made clear on booking - it’s off road parking - couldn’t park on the same street for 2 of the 3 days we were there.
Not enough mirrors and only 1 TV in the house.
Front and back garden could do with a little tlc

Comfortable beds and living room sofa, large kitchen, outside table and chairs too.
The bathroom's marble floor was like an ice rink once there was a splash of water on it. We were surprised there was no bath mat, had to use a spare towel.

Good size kitchen, comfortable lounge, nice decor, clean, close to railway station.
Communication - a lot of it, but impersonal and not coordinated. Incorrect keycode given. 24 hour helpline not answered and answer machine was full.
