Location was good, however anything ‘good’ about this property was outweighed by the negatives.

This accommodation is filthy. The carpets were not vacuumed and hadn’t been for some time. There was an unbelievable amount of long hair all over the bedroom carpet, and in the bathroom. Zoom in on pictures to see just HOW much hair is in the carpet. It legitimately looked like someone had been scalped in that room. The carpets also had crumbs, and other bits of dirt throughout. The hard floors in the living space was also dirty and marked. If it had been cleaned it was with a dirty mop and water which just moved the grime around to the edges. The floors were also severely scuffed as were the walls which were also covered in dings and dints. The bench tops were sticky and stained with water rings, that were easily cleaned with spray and a cloth so clearly had not been done before our arrival. One of the lounges is completely stained on the seat and arm, which is mentioned in another review so it’s shocking this lounge is still in the apartment. There was also cigarette butts in the balcony. Accomodation is advertised as having two different sized beds yet the beds are the same size. You will also need to pay a damage fee additional to whatever payment you make for your stay before being sent the check in instructions. The place is already that damaged and needs a good renovation that the damage fee is laughable. When we reached out to the property owner about the state of cleanliness we were offered a second clean the next day at our own inconvenience. However, given the state of the entire apartment, we were too disgusted to continue our stay and requested a refund. We were only able to agree to a refund of the remaining nights of our stay, which we accepted as we just wanted to get out. We were still charged a nightly rate of $360 which is an absolute joke for this apartment even if it was clean as it is completely damaged and unkept, and doesn’t mathematically work out to equal one night of our 3 night stay payment.

Great views and location excellent.

The apartment was very nice and had great views over Auckland. The Sky Tower was right next door. Very central for sightseeing excursions and exploring around the city.

The cleanliness of the bathrooms could have been better. They were not as clean as they should be. Made the management company aware of this.

L'emplacement,

Le logement est tout simplement sale, il mériterait une rénovation complète. Le canapé le fauteuil les moquettes sont tachées. La chasse d'eau de la chambre parentale coulait, le robinet de la cuisine n'était pas fixé, il y avait des traces de marque partout sur les murs, la peinture écaillée à certains endroits, le seul intérêt cet appartement est son emplacement. Si j'étais propriétaire de ce logement, j'aurai honte de le louer. Comme il est. Je ne retournerai pas dans ce logement à cause de cela et il ne mérite pas. Ces 5 étoiles. Regarder les photos et vous comprendrez. Dommage qu'on ne peut pas en mettre plus car c'est juste pathétique.
