L'emplacement le petit jardin les équipements le calme la possibilité de garer la voiture devant le logement

Manque de tasses pas de lumière près de la banquette, impossible de lire, d'autant que la TV fonctionne très mal par "manque de signal" image très dégradée impossible de suivre un programme. Piles détecteur de fumée non changées alors que le fait nous a été dit être connu . d'où 1ère nuit très perturbée par l'alarme !! Forfait ménage ,obligatoire, surévalué par rapport à l'état de propreté trouvé à l'arrivée !! poussière derrière le WC, et les rainures des portes, intérieur des portes de placard cuisine pas très net ! dommage le logement par Lui même mérite une note correcte mais les détails mentionnés font baisser l'appréciation.

Le terrain de tennis devant la porte et le faite qu'il était libre a sauvé le séjour

Le terrain avec 2 places de tennis devant la porte était le point qui m'a persuadé de louer ce logement. Il parait qu'il y a aussi une piscine mais nous ne l'avons pas cherchée. Nous avons eu la chance parce que nous avons pu jouer au tennis quand nous voulions. Je ne sais pas comment ça se passe en été....

Le manque total de tout charme ! Il fallait récupérer les clés à presque 10 minutes de distance en voiture ce qui n'est pas trop grave si on est en voiture mais sans voiture impossible ! On nous a pas dit qu'il n'y aura ni savons, ni liquide vaisselle, ni éponge, ni torchon, ni les aliments basiques (huile, poivre, vinaigre, sucre, éventuellement café et thé pour le premier matin, ....) que je trouve habituellement dans toutes les locations. Sans être difficile, la propreté n'est pas au rendez-vous ! Poussière et toiles d'araignée par tout, mais on précise bien qu'il faut tout nettoyer en partant, vitres inclus, sans évidemment avoir les utiles et produits pour ça, ou payer 60€ pour le nettoyage. Pour ce prix je dirais que la maison et la situation ne sont pas mal même s'il faut faire attention avec un enfant ou une personne âgée à cause de l'escalier très raide vers la mezzanine avec le lit. Ce qui casse tout c'est le faite d'être obligé d'acheter pour 2 ou 3 jours de location tout les bases de ménage. Heureusement nous sommes arrivée juste avant la fermeture des supermarchés et que nous étions en voiture pour pouvoir acheter, comme cité en haut, éponge, liquide vaisselle, serviettes, essuie-tout, .... Si on est un tout petit peu sensible au charme et au sens esthétique c'est décevant, mais je pense qu'une fois aménagé le logement à sa manière, si on reste assez longtemps pour que ça vaille le coup, on peut passer un agréable séjour pour un prix très sympathique !
