Location was ideal for me visiting family & friends. Comfy beds and nice breakfast.
I was offered a voucher for 2 free drinks if I agreed not to have my room refreshed the following day. My booking was for 2 nights. I went to use the voucher on the last day to buy two coffees and was refused as the voucher stated it was for a pint, wine or a soft drink. I wish now I'd not accepted the offer of the voucher and had fresh towels, replenished tea bags, and a bed made! I fed this back to the hotel and they said they would make people aware of the voucher drinks in future! I would have thought coffees cheaper than alcoholic drinks!
