Instructions were clear to access keys and property.
Unsure if it was mentioned in the details but access to upstairs was via a metal spiral staircase which wasn't ideal for one of our group. Property had had some sort of damage to the outside but did not effect our stay.

Location good
Not enough towels, no dish cleaners or tea towels - when requested cleaner was due to deliver, this did not occur. Beds were very soft - not that comfortable

Great location - well connected by bus and train. Cool neighbourhood with no end of nearby pubs and restaurants. Good facilities and equipment and clean. Helpful property instructions including recommendations for local cafes, bars and restaurants. Quiet neighbours.

Casa accogliente e funzionale, con ottima aria condizionata, zona giorno ampia e abitabile. Posizione ottima, a 10 min a piedi da Newtown e dalla stazione del treno. Kristyn è stata molto disponibile, ci ha fornito alcune stoviglie in più e si è sempre interessata al nostro benessere durante il soggiorno.
L’unica pecca dell’appartamento è stata la lavatrice inizialmente sporca e inutilizzabile. Dopo un lavaggio a 90 gradi l’abbiamo usata. Inoltre, uno degli strumenti per la pulizia dei pavimenti era inutilizzabile.
