Brenda was very helpful in answering questions and helping us book tours.
The location of the property is great, across the road from a large supermarket which is also helpful, it's a short walk to the main square.
They have 3 wifi networks, none worked in the room.
The room is very basic, single fan, small window, bathroom wall doesn't go to the ceiling. Overall though, it is good value for money.

The girl working at the reception (and everyone else) are so kind! I got help with everything-transportation, tips, food. The massage was amazing. I stayed in one double room and in a private room with a bathroom. They saved my luggage when I went to Acatenango.
You could hear people talking outside but thankfully it was a pretty quiet place so I did get some good rest there.

Buena ubicación y la relación costo precio es buena
Nos enviaron a una habitación al fondo, con un baño regular, mucho ruido del staff y no se dormía bien, aparte vimos varias cucarachas

I like that even though there were shared bathrooms there was always one that was available to use
I didn’t like how loud it was, seems like a lot of people staying for the hike stay here because it gets quite noisy from about 6am which was really noisy as my room was right by the stairs
