The staff was friendly, helpful, and courteous. The room was adequate, and the food was good. The location made it easy to walk to most of Bocas Town.
We saw a cockroach in our bathroom. We left a day earlier than planned, but was not offered a refund or credit for the missed night.

We had such a wonderful stay at Bambuda Bocas Town! The views are beautiful, the service is excellent, and the whole atmosphere feels so warm and welcoming. The staff went above and beyond to help us find things to do, arrange activities, and create a really fun, social environment.
Special shoutout to Gabriel, who was incredibly warm and welcoming and gave us so many great ideas for activities. Lauren was also wonderful and so helpful throughout our stay.
And a special shoutout to Eric, the bartender! He made great drinks and provided such genuinely warm and friendly service.
Overall, a fantastic place to stay in Bocas—beautiful setting, great people, and such a welcoming atmosphere. Highly recommend!

Amazing deck, can swim directly from hostel, nice tunes and food. Welcome drink on arrival. Activities organised. Off the centre of town but not a bad thing as there’s currently construction in town.
The pod was like a small warm cave, personal fan doesn’t make much difference. The bathroom in dorm didn’t have air con so was very hot. Reception staff could be less corporate and more friendly.
