Perfect location
The front desk staff could have been more approachable and welcoming, especially compared with the team at Summit Hotel. I understand that hospitality can be a demanding job, but a simple smile and friendly greeting can make a big difference. First impressions matter, and making guests feel welcome is an important part of good customer service.

The lock door wasn’t functioning very well but kudos to the maintenance staff, they fix it immediately.
