Great location and clean. Great communication with owner.

We loved the location; not far from the main road but still cozy and secluded. The house was beautiful and the yard, deck and front porch were very nice and relaxing. The mountain views were awesome!
Everything was outstanding and we so enjoyed our stay. We did have an elderly family member who does not sleep well in a bed. A power recliner would have made things better for him. But after all the sights, activities, and beauty of the Smoky Mountains and Pigeon Forge, we loved coming back home each night to this wonderful vacation home!

Conveniently located to our needs
Broken furniture hopefully noted before our check in. Leaves piled up on the deck and we tried very hard not to drag them in when coming from outside .

This place was nice and quiet and spacious. We really enjoyed it. It was comfortable, I loved the layout of the house , the kitchen , the “spa shower” in the master! Nice big outdoor deck, garage , place to put your bagged trash out of the way without putting it outside for bears. It was a perfect getaway .
So be advised , once you book through booking.com , there is a $300 security deposit that is charged outside of booking.com and is a separate charge from the price you are seeing when you book initially , but it’s fully refundable. One other thing , the full price of the stay is the cancellation fee, so just be 100% sure before you book. I kinda worried after I booked it that we might wind up down at the ER at the last minute or something was going to go wrong and we wouldn’t get there, but everything turned out fine thankfully!
