Didn't, smelled like a sewer

not much

Upon arrival after a long day of traveling from Lisbon to Gaia we arrived at the apartment. Our first impression was there was no view, there are built in protective covers on the windows which even when raised seem to block out the light. The view from all windows is not a scenic view. There is a sliver of a balcony with a sitting area but no one is going to want to sit out there on a busy loud city street. I was traveling with my adult daughter and we each used a bathroom quickly before heading out to grab a bit to eat. My daughter turned off the fan in the bath she used. We returned to the apartment about an hour or hour and a half later. Upon entering and sitting down we both looked at eachother and went it's smells like a sewer in here. My daughter realized she had turned off bathroom fan and we surmissed that's where the odor was coming from since we did not notice it earlier upon arrival and tthe fan was running in the bath. I immediately reached out to the contact to explain the situation. Because we were exhausted and this was the last 2 days of our trip to Portugal before returning home. We decided to leave the property immedaitely instead of sitting in the fowl smelling apartmen to wait for a response from the rep, Maria. We booked ourselves accomodations in Porto and left. The rep did reach out asking we if were willing to have someone come look at the apartment. I informed her that we left and would not be back. The rep relayed that she was passing this information on to the owners and would get back to me with their response. But she also wanted to remiond me that the apartment did say non-refundable. Long story short. NO refund. I would not recommend this apartment.

Very happy with our stay. Pretty comfy beds and easy walk to the Porto Centro district. We would book again!

Location and enough space for three women traveling together though one bedroom as pretty small for two beds. Staff tried to help find a property for a later return to Porto. While not successful, I appreciate the offer.

Coffee machine was hard to operate and only a couple of pods to use.

Welcoming and homey with an amazing view

Only flaw was the front building door don’t always want to unlock right away. Not an actual issue more patience 😁

A spacious apartment in a great location with a beautiful river view.

The apartment was very spacious and in a great location. We especially enjoyed the beautiful view of the river.

Everything was fine and we had no complaints.

Excellent location.

No top sheet or duvet cover for double bed. Hosts kept replying that the team will assist soonest, but no assistance happened. No view except the busy street outside from our apartment, make sure of specific apartment's view if important to you.
