The price was affordable, and everything was exactly what we expected from the hotel. However, the staff were exceptional, very helpful, and welcoming. We were extremely tired after a long journey with lots of luggage. The staff were friendly, assisted us, and greeted us with warm smiles. It may seem like a small gesture, but it was exactly what we needed at that moment.
None really.

My stay was good and I like the hotel. Room is good and small as all london hotels. The area is good and everything around. The reception man always at night is excellent. He was helpful and he lesson and try to help.
Housekeeping need more attention because 2 days they did not fix my bed. They leave it as I left it in the mornings then I talked with receptionist two times and also I spoke to the housekeeping ladies twice. Otherwise everything is good and I enjoyed it.
