Great location and very clean. Excellent communication with the host.

God skriftlig informasjon i leiligheten.

It’s a spacious apartment
The location is great
The customer service from the lady who received us was very disappointing. She was already insisting that we were late while we were still on our way, apparently because they had another reservation. However, that is not the guest’s responsibility.
We also experienced a delay because of the trains in Italy which is completely out of our control and we was updating via WhatsApp ALL the time . When we arrived, she was raising her voice and again told us that we was late, as if we had done it on purpose.
We understand that schedules and reservations matter, but there is no excuse for treating guests this way. Delays can happen, and they should be handled with professionalism and respect. Very poor customer service.
Additionally, the air conditioning in the apartment was not working properly, as water was leaking from it.

"Nice and conveniently located apartment. Close to shops, restaurants; walking distance to tourist attractions. Apartment is huge, clean and fully equipped. Clear communication with the host and smooth..."
