The main plus about this property is the location. Approx 3 minutes walk from Piazza Navona and then onto other nearby sights such as the Pantheon etc. It's easy to find and get to via public transport. Gianluca was (overall) easy to contact. I asked if i could check-in or leave my luggage earlier as i had an early morning flight and he was happy to accomodate that request - thank you!
The aircon worked well, as did the wifi, fridge, kettle etc. Plenty of hot water for washing/showers.
There was no toilet paper. I did message Gianluca about that within 10mins of being in the property but sadly he did not respond. Luckily I had other options.

Location is excellent, we walked everywhere
I didn’t find it noisy
Got all the information needed from host
It wasn’t clean + moldy smell
The bed wasn’t clean
The place is very small
The AC didn’t do much so we had to use this tiny hanging fan on all the time, which was quite noisy

"Excellent location, no need to use metro or other public transport to reach all the tourist attractions. Everything is reachable by foot.
The surrounding streets are indeed quite noisy (even at night..."
