Noisy, dirty but good location

The location is excellent. It’s central, convenient and easily the strongest aspect of this property. Unfortunately, the overall experience did not match the location.

Communication with the hosts was poor. Responses typically took 12–24 hours, which made it difficult to resolve even basic queries during the stay. Cleanliness was below expectations. There was visible dust and hair throughout the apartment, including in the shower on arrival. This is not acceptable. The most significant issue, however, was the noise. Both nights were extremely disruptive, with loud activity continuing until around 4am. Guests were congregating in the foyer late at night, creating a lot of noise which echoed throughout the building. There appears to be little in place to manage this, such as signage reminding guests to keep noise levels down. In addition, the walls are very thin, and even normal conversations from neighbouring apartments could be clearly heard. This made it very difficult to sleep. The apartment itself is very basic. Towels provided were smaller than standard bath towels, and overall the setup felt minimal. There were no added touches that would improve the guest experience, such as a welcome guide, local recommendations, or even simple instructions for the property. Basic items such as tea, coffee and sugar were also not provided. These are small, inexpensive additions but make a noticeable difference to the overall stay. From a practical perspective, there is no facility to store luggage, and late checkout was not available during our stay, which added to the inconvenience. Overall, while the location is a strong advantage, the lack of cleanliness, poor communication and significant noise issues made this a disappointing experience. In its current state, this feels like a 2–3 star stay at best. Best suited to those prioritising location or nightlife. Not recommended for families, especially on weekends, due to significant noise and very poor soundproofing.

Loved Malage

The location is great - right in the centre with a Carrefour across the road. Yet it was very quiet at night. The bedroom and bathroom upstairs is very nice.

The living room downstairs is quite dark and quite basic in its decor. Needs a few cosy touches.

Great Stay!

Our stay was excellent! Eva was great—she provided all the instructions on time, making check-in a breeze. The location is superb, just a 2-minute walk from Málaga Centro. While this isn’t a 5-star accommodation, it was absolutely worth 5 stars to us for a weekend. The place was safe, clean, and comfortable for three people. Highly recommend!

I had a wonderful experience. Walking distance to everything downtown. The apartment was clean, very comfortable. This is the perfect place for a weekend getaway.

prostran apartman, lokacija odlična, dobra komunikacija sa domaćinom, mirna zgrada, lijep pogled sa balona, u neposrednoj blizini svi potrebni sadržaji kao što je trgovina, kafić, restoran, ljekarna ukoliko bi ponovno posjetili malagu sigurno bi se opet smjestili tu

Muy buena ubicación, lo mejor del apartamento. Las instalaciones bien, correcto en general, excepto que el dormitorio no se podía ventilar y el baño olía a desagüe.

Cero atención personal. Es un edificio completo de apartamentos turísticos "que se gestiona solo". La TV no funcionaba y no nos lo solucionaron. A la hora de comunicarnos vía Booking, las respuestas son automáticas y en inglés.
