Right amount of very comfortable beds and the rooms and bathroom were very clean

It was a great location between Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge. The hot tub was a hit with the kids .

The only thing was a lot of leaves in the yard . They came and blow the front but not the back . That was where the hot tub was .

8 / 10

We loved having our own space with family and not crowded

The location was great The quietness was wonderful being so close to town

The heat in the upstairs didn’t work they did offer to bring electric heaters but it had warmed up enough we didn’t need them

9 / 10

We all enjoyed the cabin except they need a tv in the game room.

The location was nice.

The TV's didn't work upon arrival I called they never did come. They wanted a picture of what the tv said but it wouldn't go through. My husband fixed them. The hot tub needed water they said use the hose there wasn't one. They never did come fill it.

Nightmare scenario with unethical company.

NOTHING! NOT AS PICTURED!

RUN AWAY! This property is NOTHING like pictures. Do not use Haven Vacation Rentals. There is no internet. We complained and they made no attempt to fix. The furniture is ripped with stuffing falling out. The front door was literally removed, the sun room entrance was used as a main door. Very unsafe. There was mold in the showers. The master bedroom plywood makeshift door had no handle and was warped so you couldn’t even close it. There is not a fire pit. Glass window broken in master bathroom. There are electrical lines dangling in the backyard. The dryer never shut off, so ran all night and you could smell the singe of the elastic it burned out in our clothes when we woke up. We paid $1600 for four days and they sent us $150 back, which was an insult. This unit has ZERO ethics. Run. Do not gamble on this unit, even if they say renovated. They lied to the BBB saying we never reported and I have photo proof of calls and communication on my phone with pictures of what I am saying above, showing pictures were sent. Also, Booking.com did nothing for us. They reached out the owners on our behalf, but that is all. We tried desperately to escalate the situation. We spent literally four hours communicating to have this resolved. Days of back and forth during our stay. Know that Booking.com can not do anything, the owners have full control. These owners are why people are hesitant to use websites like this. Haven Vacation Rentals has MANY properties so check to make sure they don’t own a different one you are looking at as well. I wish I could upload more photos.
