Das Haus war rundum perfekt ausgestattet (insb. Die Küche), sehr sauber und alles war sehr neu. 3 wunderbare Terrassen mit Blick vom Berg auf den Ort und das Meer. Traumhaft. Dazu direkter Zugang im Keller zum Parkplatz in der Tiefgarage. Vor-Ort-Betreuung durch Ana war sehr gut und alles klappte reibungslos per WhatsApp/Telefon/Mail. 3 Schlafzimmer und Badezimmer bieten ausreichend Platz für alle und insgesamt eine sehr ruhige Umgebung.
Zwei Punkte muss man wissen - ohne dass sie uns stark gestört hätten. Aber ggfs. Gibt es Familien, die dies berücksichtigen müssen: A) Das Haus hat vier Stockwerke (inkl. Keller) und somit viele Treppen - dazu die LAge am Berg, welche 15 min Fussweg in den Ort bedeutet. Runter und (steil) wieder herauf. Für uns absolut ok - aber wer ggfs. Probleme mit dem Gehen hat, sollte sich dessen bewusst sein. Zum Einkaufen braucht man definitiv ein Auto B) in allen drei Schlafzimmern sind gute Betten - ABER alle nur 140 cm breit. Bei uns passte es noch gerade so, aber wer mehr Platz im Bett (zu zweit) braucht, sollte dies vorher berücksichtigen. Optimierungsvorschlag: ein Schlafzimmer im 1. Stock bietet genug Platz für ein breiteres 160 cm Bett. Dies sollte man ändern
