Zugang zum Apartment nur mit Glück möglich

Nicht zu empfehlen! Das Einchecken ist eine Katastrophe! Laut Info des Vermieters ist dies von 15 bis 18 Uhr an der Rezeption möglich, ansonsten nur online. Ich reiste um 15:30 Uhr an, um an der Rezeption einchecken zu können. Die angegebene Adresse mittels GoogleMap-Navigation führte mich an die Rückseite einer Wohnanlage mit drei großen Wohnblocks. Eisenböller blockierten hier die Zufahrt. Also suchte ich den Weg zur Vorderseite der Anlage. Eine Rezeption von Iris Apartement gab es dort nicht. Auch keine Hausnummer, wonach man schließen konnte, dass man hier richtig war. Stattdessen zwei Eisentore mit Nummernschloss. Der mir per Email zugesandte Nummerncode, funktionierte bei beiden Eingängen nicht. Ich konnte mir nicht mehr sicher sein, ob das überhaupt die richtige Adresse ist. Also Anruf beim Vermieter. Auskunft: Eine Rezeption gibt es hier nicht, die befinde sich ganz woanders in der Stadt, aber der Schlüssel zur Wohnung sei neben der Eingangstür zur Wohnung in einem Locker. Nach einem langen Telefonat konnte ich klären, dass ich mich an der richtigen Adresse befand und der Code der richtige sei. Es folgten 10 Minuten Anweisung, wie man den Code einzugeben habe. Ohne Erfolg. Zum Glück öffnete mir ein Bewohner der Anlage dann das Tor. Es folgt die Suche nach dem richtigen Block und der richtigen Stiege. Die telefonischen Informationen des Vermieters waren nutzlos. Schließlich fand ich den richtigen Aufgang und stand wieder vor einer verschlossenen Tür mit Nummernschloss. Hier funktionierte der Code nach vielen Versuchen, denn man muss vorher einen bestimmten Knopf drücken und nach der Eingabe der Nummer nochmals einen. Anweisungen dafür gibt es keine. Man muss schon einen Kurs bei James Bond belegt haben, um diese Hürde zu überwinden. Am nächsten Tag funktionierte der Code plötzlich einwandfrei. Am dritten Tag wieder nicht. Obwohl es erst kurz vor 18:00 Uhr war, war der Vermieter per Telefon nicht mehr erreichbar.

Absolutnie odradzam! Stres, nerwy, zero pomocy.

Wstępnie wydawało się, że apartament będzie super opcja dla moich gości komunijnych.. ale tylko wstepnie...

ABSOLUTNIE ODRADZAM ! Zarezerwowałam apartament z wielomiesięcznym wyprzedzeniem dla 5 dorosłych (w tym 3 z niepelnosprawnosciami i małego dziecka z rodzicami) na pobyt w zwiazku z Komunia mojej corki (3 doby). W dniu check in okazało się, że apartament jest slabo posprzątany, ale co najważniejsze wogole w całym apartamencie nie ma prądu (w zamrazarce pełno wody po rozmrożonym lodzie, ktora sami sprzatalismy, zeby nie zalalo im podlogi i sasiadow). 3h recepcją IRS próbowała rozwiązać problem... W jaki sposób? Przysłała Pana, który sprawdzał korki... Ok 18tej dostałam informację, że nie wiadomo co to za usterka i wysyłają do booking prosbe o relokacje i booking będzie się ze mną kontaktował. Jako, że nikt do mnie nie dzwonil i nie dzwonil...po ponad godzinie zadzwoniłam na numer IRS dostępny po 18tej tj alarmowy. I tu kolejna "niespodzianka" bezczelny Pan powiedział mi, on o niczym nie wie, jego niecinteresuje mój problem, może sprawdzić co z usterka, ale mi nie pomoże bo nie pracuje w booking tylko IRS (przypominam, ktory zawalil temat z apartamentem).. Innymi słowy IRS nie sprawdziło czy apartament jest zdatny do użytku, a później umyli ręce. W efekcie sama musiałam dzwonić do booking, rezerwować i opłacać nowy apartament (dodatkowe 3tys).. Moi goście finalnie weszli po podrozy do nowego apartamentu o 22giej po 7h tułaczki z bagażami. ABSOLUTNIE ODRADZAM IRS i ich nieruchomości. Może jeśli jest ok to będzie wszystko w porządku, ale jeśli są problemy to umywają ręce i nic Panstwy nie pomoga. Zostawiaja swoich klientow na lodzie.. Na numer telefonu oznaczony jako alarmowy czyli ten po 18tej nie polecam nawet dzwonić jeśli ktoś nie chce się denerwować.

Apartament w skali hotelarskiej 5*****, wnętrza w jasnych kolorach, dopasowane tematycznie do morza, wygodne łóżka, pościel prosto z magla. Widać rękę "perfekcyjnej pani domu", dodatkowo na wyposażeniu wszystko to, co potrzebne jest w domu, od sztućców do ekspresu do kawy. Super taras!

Apartament jest wygodny, przestronny, dobrze wyposażony. Ma wszystko czego potrzeba żeby spędzić komfortowo czas. Garaż, osiedle, plac zabaw, Żabka. Naprawdę bardzo fajne miejsce na pobyt w Gdańsku.

Najbliższa okolica szczególnie wieczorami nie jest zbyt przyjemna, ale to w sumie nie jest temat po stronie apartamentu. Zwracam uwagę na fakt że warto wziąć sobie za dodatkową opłatą garaż.
