Location, views, room quality etc all excellent. The pool was great, being in the park was very convenient and saved the 2nd day of $100 park entrance per person (we were a group of 7 so that was a considerable saving). Staff were lovely and very helpful.
It was the most expensive place we stayed, which was understandable! The food was good but buffet style and drinks were on the expensive side.

We stayed for 4 nights, it’s a nice place to stay, food was good, staff are friendly and very helpful. If you are going to Akagera NP you should stay here.

The staff went our of their way to greet us and listen to our needs at every turn. The dining staff were outstanding. The location is super close to the park and the amenities were plentiful.
I feel like our bathroom could've been cleaned better (when we arrived there was a toiletry item that was already opened on the sink and I don't think the sink was cleaned during the housekeeping visit.)

The location is amazing and the staff are friendly
The food was ok but every meal was a buffet, staff very reluctant to offer à la carte. The outside bar is poor and the indoor bar overran by children. Toiletries, towels and water are given (apparently) reluctantly.
