This place was even better in person than it looked in the photos! The location is fantastic, with the lake and many of the main attractions within easy walking distance. The room gets plenty of natural sunlight, and the whole place is very spacious, especially the kitchen and living area.
We were particularly impressed by how well-equipped the kitchen was. It had far more than we expected — all kinds of cookware, utensils, bowls, plates, and even basic seasonings and condiments. It’s absolutely perfect for families who enjoy cooking their own meals while traveling.
Overall, our stay exceeded our expectations in every way. The space was comfortable, bright, spacious, and very thoughtfully equipped. We would definitely recommend this place and would happily stay here again!

Lovely view. Convenient location. Nice log fire.
A bit tired. A few maintenance issues. Nothing major.

Location and the views were exceptional, and the main reason we picked this property. Property was very spacious. Lots of very comfy lounge chairs/suites. Good supply of linen. Separate toilet to the main bathroom was a definite plus.
No compendium with instructions on how appliances work etc - definitely needed. Maintenance issues which need to be sorted. TV was a real issue to get started - called in our host in the end to get it sorted, which he arrived very promptly. And having a timer on our showers was unexpected and a bit of a shock.
