The condo is great. The furniture really needs some attention.

Location, location, location

The master bed mattress is just horrible not sure of the age of it but your in a hole from the start. The couch cushions are not comfortable and quickly become thin so the back of your leg rest on the frame.

For what I paid, I was very disappointed.

The pools here are nice. We did enjoy the Tiki bar and restaurant as well. Prices were great!

We had multiple issues with RealJoy and the room. Our fridge and AC went out on night one. I called the after-hours line and was told it would be tomorrow at some point before somebody came out. My brother-in-law thankfully fixed the problem with the fridge. Most of our food had already spoiled. The AC came back on in the middle of the night, but it took forever for our room to cool down due to it being 87 degrees! The AC went out multiple times during our stay, and the room was hot the entire time. It took us 3 days to get our gym key, because, per RealJoy, guests are not allowed to use the gym, but per the property, that is a lie; everyone is welcome to use the gym, you just have to have a gym key. What it boils down to is that RealJoy employees are lazy and do not want to provide us one. I even offered to come to them to pick it up, and they still fed me the lie. One of our last nights, my husband and I were woken up at 11 pm due to a parking issue. Come to find out, RealJoy messed up once again and told a couple that our spot was their parking spot. Security at the condo got involved, and they threatened to tow our truck because of RealJoy's mistake. We had multiple placards in our room with specific instructions on how and where to park. We were in the correct spot. RealJoy told the new guest our spot was there, and thankfully, the security guard came up to the room and looked at the documentation we had. He had to redirect the other couple. All we were refunded was $200 out of our almost 2,000-dollar stay. Bottom line: DO NOT BOOK OR STAY WITH REALJOY VACTIONS.

In short the wife and I really love staying at the Majestic and will continue to do so.

It’s a really nice condo and a great location.

The master bedroom mattress was not comfortable and the couch/sofa-bed was awful.
