they send a link with instructions for access to the premises which does not work instead of writing in the chat "there are lockers with keys directly at the entrance to the elevator, your locker has the number X and the code XXX, collect the keys and using the elevator you have access to the premises”
the staff does not answer the phone, will not call you on request, cannot send instructions to the e-mail address provided, likes to give non-specific messages in the chat
the apartment has new windows with holes like swiss cheese
it's so cold inside that it's hard to walk barefoot on the floor, it's too cold in a t-short
there are two heaters in the apartment, one at the entrance (farthest from the windows as possible) the other in the room, they work at max but it's still cold - on request electric two heaters has been delivered (very short electrical cable )
heaters in the bathrooms are electric but too low power and it is also cold
the kitchen has no hood, the hob is next to the window, there is a fridge under - who designed it?!
kitchen cabinets do not have handles and cannot be opened,
lack of equipment for cleaning the premises (brush, vacuum cleaner)
in the bathrooms, the shower cabins are not closed and are very small - the whole bathroom is flooded with water during a shower (and it's cold, of course, because the heater is too weak)
the toilet is not bolted to the floor and has a broken seat
There are laminate flooring on the floor - they are already starting to swell from moisture
the day before arrival, I asked that due to my arrival in the morning, is there a chance for early check in, I received information that there is no such possibility, the premises will be available from 16.00 - you can understand it, they do not make exceptions, but the premises were available from 18.
