Rural, full of character, completely suitable for purpose . Good bar and range of beers. Good menu for a Sunday.
Breakfast menu a little too regimented e.g. coffee or juice! Threat of extra charge for changes. Staff might have been relaxed about that but we didn’t test it.

Lovely traditional English country pub in a beautiful Northampton village. Lively and vibrant, good food and real ales and excellent breakfast. Plenty of on site parking.Very comfortable large bed. Good value for the location.
Rooms could do with a bit of attention, the accomodation section in the main building is looking a bit tired, especially the windows but it may well be a listed building. Would happily stay again.
