Disappointed

Security guard gave us code to door and key fob for gate was in condo

I rarely leave a bad review, but this stay was not a good one. I paid an exorbitant amount of money due to demand for DragonCon weekend. While I didn’t expect the place to be fancy the building was really rundown. The rooms had no thermostat and although the AC was working, the room was still extremely stuffy Parking instructions were not clear. I was told to get directions from the concierge/security guard. When I got there, the security guard told me to contact the host. Parking directions from host or not clear security guard told me to park in a reserve spot with the number and I did and then my car got towed. We were also woken up in the middle of our second night to water dripping from the ceiling, finding out that the ceiling had collapse in the room about us. My kids and I were in town for DragonCon and did not get to spend our last day enjoying anything due to the disruption and general unease that night. We picked the place due to a great location, walking distance to everything we needed for the weekend and for that it met all expectations, but that was about it. The host was responsive to everything, but given the circumstances, I wish there was a little bit more of a conversation with respect to some type of reimbursement due to the events of the weekend that happens given, I had to drag my kids away from DragonCon to get my car out of impound after being towed and the ordeal with the flooding and leaking of the ceiling.

No

Nothing they didn’t even let us stay there had no age requirements on there and I submitted my license days before then said on the day we came that we couldn’t stay there so we last minute had to find a different place with no money bc it takes days for it to come back and they were no help what’s so ever worst place ever or I should say people didn’t even get to see the place

Terrible people they suck no information what’s so ever about age requirements

Overall great experience

That there was onsite parking available definitely a plus vs other properties here in Atlanta parking is very expensive but here no worries they got u covered atleast one free space can’t beat that

Wish it was a washer and dryer hookup in the actual unit instead of having to go all the way to the basement

It was just great

Everything

Wish I could control the hvac
