Fantastic beds, they were so comfy, good evening meal, fantastic breakfast, the hosts were very welcoming too and couldn’t have been more helpful. Great location too, in the heart of the town. Superb for our pooch too.

A couple of hairs on a plate of food, but TBF to the hosts, they were extremely apologetic and reduced our overall bill, which wasn’t expected, but very much appreciated.

Lovely pub and food was brilliant

Room was cold to start with but they did sort and disappointed to not be in actual pub but down the road. Especially as raining

Good location. Breakfast was very good and we also had dinner there one night and that was good. The staff were very courteous and helpful.

We were in an annex about 5 minutes walk from the main hotel and our room was grubby, with cobwebs and dust on the walls. One of the pillows was dirty with long hairs on it and had not been changed.
