It was chaotic and noisy due to construction happening in the condo communities

I did not get the property I booked, which goes against their policy statement…what you see is what you get.

The property was dirty and in a dilapidated state. Plumbing fixtures and appliances were not working, flooring and window treatments require replacement, window screens had holes so unable to open windows for fresh air, furnishings were broken, etc. I was “tricked” into renting this unit, only to find that it was run by Vacasa. Vacasa would not compensate me for anything. I had to dispute with my financial institution. They agreed to reverse the charges, however, Vacasa convinced the police that I was in the wrong and I was evicted with only 2 hours to pack and leave! Do NOT book here!!

overall our stay was wonderful and would love to rent again in the future.

The quiet, beautiful, spacious, and accommodating rental.

could not get connected to the internet. unsafe hand railing leading up to the second floor.
