The flat and the surroundings were very nice.
I am used to a lively area, so where the flat was situated. It was very quiet, which isn't a problem.

The location was very convenient with loads of takeaways within walking distance and a corner shop to buy anything you need.
The bed was very uncomfortable and it would be nice to have a shelf to put shampoo etc on in the shower.
The stove took very long to warm up.

Ample parking in the two municipal car parks.
We were up for a family wedding. One of us had a warm shower, the second had a tepid/cold shower and the 3rd had to boil a kettle and have a strip wash. In fairness we didn't phone the help line, but mainly because we didn't have time to wait for the water to heat up. We had to text/ring for the door code as no email was received. The sheet on one of the beds wasn't long enough to go over the end of the mattress. The paint was pealing off some of the walls and the sofas were really tired.
It would have been helpful to have instructions on how the hot water works etc.
Hopefully, you will take the comments constructively, with a little bit of TLC you have a lovely little flat.
