Beds are super comfortable. Very spacious rooms. Lighting is excellent. Location is great.
Breakfast wasn't very good. Eggs were watery and not kept warm. Very messy presentation between 8:30 and 9am. Coffee was cold. No brown sugar for the oatmeal. Had to use maple syrup. The bananas were nearly all blackened and spoiled. Only one bagel was left. When you're on vacation I don't know about you, but we don't like to get up really early just to have your breakfast finished by 9am. Items should continually be well stocked and kept fresh and hot until the end. No over ripe fruit should be even offered.

Cottonwood was nice. I can tick this off my bucket list. The room was nice. The hotel was very clean. The free breakfast was fantastic. I only spent one night. I didn't have much time to take in the surroundings.
I came to see Jerome. Jerome was a little underwhelming. It was more of an artsy community and not anything of its old copper mining town which I hoped for. Route 89A was a harrowing drive to get to Jerome/Cottonwood. When they made that road, they had to have been inebriated. Lots of hairpin turns going up and down the mountain. Tons of fun if you are into that sort of thing. But at night, pitch black, you really have to be careful. Very nerve racking.

The rooms were set up very efficiently. It was the best layout I have ever experienced in a Marriott hotel. They were extremely clean. 10/10 would stay here again if I’m back in town. Staff were all kind and welcoming.

The breakfast was phenomenal. They had cooked oatmeal, frittatas, scrambled eggs, the best bacon we have ever had and much more! The actual beds were comfortable but the pullout couch was a trundle bed.
The pool was dry and it was the main reason we chose this hotel. They said we could use a Hampton Inn a couple of miles away but for a short stay with little kids that just wasn’t practical.
