We really like the hotel, strategic central location with good eateries and shops nearby, restored shophouse, newly made coffee lounge (with bread for snacks and good coffee), and even a gym. Parking is easy too, just at the back door and you can walk straight to the hotel lobby.
We would suggest the management to look into improving the following so that the overall experience will be even better. We really like the hotel and sincerely hope you will improve:
1. Lobby and lounge is really nice but room didn't match the quality. Toilet is in need of upgrade, towel rack broken, toilet bowl old, small, and really low (not friendly for international travelers), stains on door.
2. Bed is hard which I like and I slept really well in fact. But there is a small blood stain in the bed sheet which is not tolerable. Management should not reuse bedsheets with stains.
3. curtains are ok but suggest adding a sheer curtain behind the blackout curtains.

Value for money. Great location. Safe parking. There is even a breakfast lounge with free coffee and buns.
