It was clean, the bed was comfortable, the A/C worked, the shower was big, we could put our sandy shoes in front of the door, it was safe, it was close to eateries, the beach and several watersports providers. The rooms were cleaned on request as well. The staff was kind, and the breakfast was huge. It is not fancy but that’s actually good because our toes were always sandy (it can’t be helped). We got transported back and forth to/from the jetty.
The staff spoke barely any English (I’m not a native speaker either), so communication wasn’t really possible nor was organising tours directly with the hotel. The manager was so unresponsive that it became an inside joke that he was always “sleeping”. Three of his own staff would try and reach him on three different phones, and so did we…to no avail (we’re talking various times of the day, such as 10 am, 3pm…). It would be great if the staff was taught basic English and the manager would be present/responsive at least sometimes during reasonable hours. Glad we didn’t have any problems and managed to organise tours elsewhere…

We had a very pleasant stay at the hotel. The communication for the travel from the airport was great, they organised the speedboat for us at short notice. The staff were very friendly and welcoming. The room was spacious and clean. Thanks Marx, Sabrina and the rest of the staff!

Marx and the cleaning staff were very nice and helpful. Breakfast was great local cuisine. The air conditioner was cold and the WIFI worked.
No hot water for a shower but no big deal. The air conditioner filter needs to be cleaned and the towels are in a store room with no ventilation and smell bad.
