Our room smelled strongly of sewage, and even the staff acknowledged the problem. I woke up feeling sick with a sore throat, and my wife was congested. We struggled to get through the night because of the unbearable smell. The next morning, I requested a room change, only to discover that the same smell was present even six floors away. We had to endure this for three nights, and the entire experience was genuinely traumatizing. When I mentioned the smell to a staff member, he casually replied, “Oh, that’s just the sewer smell,” as if it were something guests should simply accept, as though the problem was normal and there was nothing they could or would do about it. The service was equally disappointing. We were not provided with towels on our first night and had to wait until 9 p.m. despite following up with the staff numerous times. And the cockroach problem was absolutely disgusting. This place genuinely felt infested. There were cockroaches everywhere—in the kitchen, living room, dining area, and even the bathroom. We had to keep all our luggage tightly closed throughout our stay just to prevent them from getting inside and accidentally bringing them home with us. It was disgusting and made it impossible to feel comfortable in the room. The room itself was poorly maintained. We had nowhere suitable to leave our food, so I was forced to put items that did not need refrigeration into the fridge. Some of the lights in the kitchen and dining area were also not working. The housekeeping was terrible, with dirty, sticky floors that made the place feel even more unhygienic. Between the sewage smell, cockroaches, poor cleanliness, and lack of basic amenities, the room was nowhere near the standard we expected. What made the experience even worse was the management's attitude. They seemed more concerned about collecting money, imposing fines, and charging guests for damages than ensuring their comfort, safety, and well-being.

Best location nearby to KLCC, close to Pintasan Saloma to go to Kg Baru, nearby KLCC & Kg Baru LRT station. Easy parking access. Big room and good amenities provided (fridge, washing machine, dishwasher, TV)
