Consistent noise disturbance

On a main road hence no sleep for duration of our stay. On one side was a busy main road. On the back wall of the apartment was a large metal locking gate. This was closed noisily every night , generally until 3 am. Limited facilities on site. Small unsheathed pool. Significant maintenance need on paths and stairwells. To add to this there are large communal bins across the road which are emptied during the night, sometimes three times adding to noise disturbance

Lizards,cockroaches, no ventilation, hot apparment, unethical owners

Location was good, walk way across from the property was however smelly of wee and there was excrement with bags on top. However this can’t be faulted to the property owners.

The property is in a good location, but The apartment was unbearably hot inside with no ventilation, and we couldn’t open the windows for fear of more insects, lizards, and cockroaches coming in, which were already appearing inside. By the third night it became impossible to stay, especially with our two year old who developed heat rash and was struggling to breathe from the indoor heat. We left after night three. When we arrived, all curtains were closed and no natural light was coming in. I assume to keep the heat out. There were only weak ceiling and plug-in fans that made no difference. The owners claim cockroaches appear only in summer, but we stayed at the end of October with every door and window shut ,yet still had them coming in. Advertised features are misleading: no welcome wine/champagne, no snack bar by the pool, and pool keys barely worked (previous reviews show this is a known issue). Spare pillows were dirty, and the cupboard with the iron held old swim shoes that stank of wet feet, adding to the discomfort. We mentioned a broken bathroom tap and missing items early on, but the host ignored us or offered no help. We seen from previous reviews the owners arguing in response, blaming people leaving bad reviews for causing the faults so we thought important to note. When she later dropped off a travel cot, she ignored us again. After that, we didn’t contact her as she’d already failed to assist. .The owners later told Booking.com they “don’t speak English,” when in discussions regarding compensation,yet they reply fluently to reviews in English. They’ve refused to take any responsibility, even claiming we stayed until checkout, which we did not. We informed Booking.com when we left and returned the keys to the safety box. Overall, this apartment was unsafe, unventilated unhygienic due to animals and old guests belongings, and not as described. Booking.

Brilliant location

Amazing location to stay in Los Cristianos area, beach 3min walk away, grocery store around the corner, shopping and lots of food spots nearby. Overall I recommend this place for Tenerife holiday makers, especially if your main goal is a beach. Plus a good, not busy residential pool is available.

No major issues with the stay, only pillows could be more comfortable, but it's more a preference.

Relaxing holiday with beautiful sourandings

Very good location, close to las vistas beach (5 min), los Cristianos beach (10 min) or camisón beach. Good restaurants around, also a supermarket close. A very nice pool is available for the residents.

Smaller beds than expected but still ok. Parking is available on the street but a little difficult some times, mostly during the day.

Amazing location to stay in Los Cristianos area, beach 3min walk away, grocery store around the corner, shopping and lots of food spots nearby. Overall I recommend this place for Tenerife holiday makers, especially if your main goal is a beach. Plus a good, not busy residential pool is available.

No major issues with the stay, only pillows could be more comfortable, but it's more a preference.
