Beautiful rooms and a gorgeous setting by a lake. Delicious food served by charming and knowledgeable staff.

Stunning location on the lake, excellent air con and high quality furnishings staff were excellent, boat to lodge very cool!

service in the restaurant very slow when the wind picked up - the lodge was moving/rocking significantly and a loud banging noise prevented us sleeping that night

The hotel is lovely. The rooms are lovely. The staff are pleasant. The location is peaceful. They are nice to dogs.

The food was of high quality but portions are far too small and my wife's food was not really warm. The food prices are very high and I was left expecting more. Worse was the total lack of hot water for me and my family at 7am. I understand that mistakes can be made but all I got was a "sorry" at reception. Some recognition of the inconvenience, financial or otherwise, would have been appropriate at a "5-star" hotel.
