I loved the cleanliness of the place, the beds were very comfortable, the room was big, very airy and bright.
The bathroom was equally very clean, nice shower and good water pressure.
The internet worked well, which was key for my online work.
The location was great, on a quiet street in the heart of Shumen, steps away from the main boulevard with coffee shops and restaurants.
The host/manager was polite and accommodating, even though we didn't speak the same language, we manage to get our point across and communicate with each other without Google translate.
There is a little kitchenette area, and even though an electric kettle is provided, there are no cups or a bowl, or a single spoon. I believe, given that there is a sink and cupboards, adding a couple of cups, bowls and some basic cutlery would be a nice thing, in case someone wants to have some tea, a bowl of cereal or a yoghurt.
