The breakfast was great, the best I've ever had When traveling. Nice location in the new center

Scandic Kiruna is a modern hotel in a great location, making it easy to explore the city. I really liked its design, and it also has a gym and a top-floor bar with fantastic views. A great choice for a stay in Kiruna.
The restaurant’s opening hours could be more convenient, and the service was a little slow.

Great location at the city center with walking distance to the mine tour, city hall and church. Great topfloor bar, view and restaurant with nice selection and staff.

The room was clean, but the air conditioning didn’t work. We set it to 19°C, but after a full day, the temperature stayed at 22°C, just like when we arrived.
You can’t open windows in the room !
The sauna and gym were nice, but the sauna only opens at 3 PM, which was disappointing since we wanted to use it in the morning.
This hotel does not match its advertised value, especially during the off-season.
The reception experience was very unpleasant — the woman at the front desk seemed irritated and unwelcoming, which made us feel like we weren’t wanted.
The towels were in poor condition — old and worn out.
Not fresh fruits and vegetables at the breakfast
