we enjoyed how quiet the area was and how peaceful it was!
there was no staff around to ask about questions as we struggled to get inside

The are is lovely and quiet and everything was well labelled from the stairs to the room itself
I loved that enough towels were provided
I loved that the utensils were all clean and well displayed
I loved the fact that their was a form with all the details of where to go and places in around the property

It’s a good area and had good parking, staff onsite were lovely, they had a lovely tea selection and the kitchen was perfect for a short term stay, they proved soap and a sponge which was a nice touch, the bed was comfy despite not being the cleanest
When I arrived there was urine in the the toilet, it’s hadn’t been flushed, the apartment was dusty and the bed was situated right next to the filthy radiator full of dust. Shower door is at a weird angle where you will always hit the bathroom sink when getting out of the shower, there were miscellaneous stains on the bedsheets which was a bit concerning
