Location to Sagrada is fantastic with a awesome view of it
One of the lifts was broken so had to use the old small one and also the front door handle was broken off

The view of the Sagrada Família, walk from metro station within a minute, the cleanliness, the facilitates provided and the automatic key lock arrangement.

Good value, excellent location.
TV didn’t work. Fridge had a bad smell.

- you can see Sagrada from the window, while having breakfast or dinner
- location is very good, just a few meters from the Metro stop
- application for unlocking the door instead of physical keys
- cold floor (tiles)
- not very cozy
- quite old & worn environment (doors, furniture)
- 2 elevators, both slow one was working only first day, then was out of order for the rest of our stay (4 days)
- it was rainy days, and while it was heavy raining outside, the water was dropping in the kitchen from the sideboard
- you have to tidy stuffs after your stay is over (including taking out the trash) -- it's written in the house rules. For those money we paid, I'd expect this to be included in the price!
