ATTENZIONE STATE ALLA LARGA DA QUESTA STRUTTURA

Solo la spiaggia. Neanche troppo, perché il locale vicino vi mette i lettini davanti al vostro patio non lasciando spazio davanti a voi.

Esperienza estremamente negativa, soprattutto per quanto riguarda i servizi essenziali e la sicurezza. Primo e più grave problema: le docce sono fredde. Per tutta la durata del soggiorno (sette notti) non è mai stata disponibile acqua calda. Non si è trattato di un malfunzionamento occasionale, ma di una condizione costante. Chi prenota questa struttura deve sapere che potrebbe non riuscire mai a fare una doccia calda. Soggiornavamo come famiglia con tre figli, di cui due minorenni. Il più piccolo ha 4 anni. Costringere un bambino di 4 anni a fare docce fredde perché l’acqua calda non è disponibile è semplicemente inaccettabile in qualsiasi struttura proposta come adatta agli ospiti e alle famiglie. Secondo punto, ancora più preoccupante: l’impianto elettrico. È chiaramente datato e sottodimensionato. La tensione cala e le luci si abbassano semplicemente aprendo le docce. Questo accade già con un utilizzo minimo. È quindi facile immaginare cosa succeda in un luogo molto caldo — dove l’aria condizionata è essenziale — se si accendono anche i condizionatori mentre qualcuno fa la doccia. L’impianto va ulteriormente sotto stress. Un impianto elettrico che mostra segni di sovraccarico già in condizioni di utilizzo base rappresenta una situazione potenzialmente pericolosa ed è inaccettabile per una struttura ricettiva. Inoltre: – Il WC si otturava ripetutamente causando allagamenti del bagno. – Il lavandino perdeva dal sifone. Durante la settimana sono intervenute tre o quattro persone diverse, applicando silicone come soluzione provvisoria invece di sostituire il sifone difettoso. Il componente non è mai stato sostituito e il problema non è mai stato risolto. A fine soggiorno il lavandino perde ancora e si è nuovamente otturato. La struttura nel complesso è molto datata e mostra evidenti carenze di manutenzione sia sull’impianto elettrico sia su quello idraulico.
