- room size and cleanliness
- entire staff was friendly and helpful, much appreciated!
- breakfast was delicous. loved the healthy options like fruits, fruit juices, good coffee and variety of choices.
- one day we went on a day trip so we were given breakfast boxes early in the morning (we were gone from 5am to 8pm). what a kind surprise!
- one time we ordered dinner to our room. food was delicious and the servant who came upstairs was again a very kind, young professional.
- all premises were clean. we made use of the pool area and bar for a day (as we were out and about all other days) and it was so calming and relaxing.
- on departure day we were allowed to stay until we had to leave for the airport. our luggage was stored away and we were able to take a shower in the spa area. makes such a difference, especially ahead of a long distance flight!
- hotel offered small workshops on local traditions in the mornings for free
- last but not least: several good restaurant options nearby
Can recommend the hotel to anyone staying in Nusa Dua!
The yoga shala would've been great to have yoga in (one of the reasons I booked this resort). Sadly no yoga lessons! Receptions told me the yoga teacher was pregnant. Wouldve been nice to find someone to cover the lessons.

The Room was stunning, big comfy bed, deep bath and separate shower, a little day bed on the balcony. It was great. Staff were so lovely and friendly. I ordered room service, that arrived sooner than expected and the food was delicious.
nothing.
