Good location, metro nearby, spacious, clean, well equipped kitchen, dishwasher and detergent, extra closet room.
Older buildings and smoking smell all the time, smaller room's window can't be opened, no air circulation. It is hard to find room for the first time, the room number does not match the level of the floor, such as 4019 is not on the 4th floor. Wifi is not automatically provided and I have to message them to find out. Complicated registration process, required extra tax and €200 deposit.

The apartment is fully renovated and very comfortable, with a great bed and shower. Everything is spotless, clean, and well organized, and the neighborhood is absolutely lovely. There’s an excellent bakery right next door and several other charming cafés nearby.
Having only one bathroom for four guests may be a little inconvenient.Additionally, while it wasn’t really an inconvenience for us, it’s essential to download the app and complete the entire check-in process before arrival. Everything worked very well for us, but I can understand how guests who are less comfortable with this kind of technology might find it challenging. My children chose not to download the app, so they had to rely on us to access the apartment.

it’s a very cute apt with everything you need and more. great location, acomodations, very lovely
the neighbors are a bit loud after 10 pm AND on the last night someone tried to open the door! we think it was someone confused about their apt # because at our arrival we knocked on another door thinking it was our stay 🥹 but still we got scared and it would help to explain that floor # is not room # :P

It was really clean and well positioned
Apartment didn't match pictures on booking.com and when I complained they sent me a link to their we site!? Oh come on, I had booked it according to the pictures on booking not your site
The real problem was the second bedroom with 2 children beds, one of them auxiliary, on the floor. Room was 2x3m, without functioning window
Rest of the apartment was fine.
